About Exhibition
ชุดผลงานของประวีณ เปียงชมภูในนิทรรศการครั้งนี้มีชื่อว่า “Intertwined – ความสัมพันธ์ของพื้นที่ภายใน” ศิลปินได้สร้างสุนทรียที่สื่อความรู้สึก สุข สงบ และความคิดอิสระ โดยนำวัตถุส่วนตัวมาสัมพันธ์กับพื้นที่ในจินตนาการ ซึ่งประวีณได้จัดวางผ่านมุมมองจากภายในสู่ภายนอก ด้วยนัยยะนามธรรมผ่านวัตถุอันเป็นรูปธรรม
การสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะชุดนี้ มีผลงานสองรูปแบบด้วยกัน คือจิตรกรรมและภาพพิมพ์ ซึ่งผลงานภาพพิมพ์นั้นเกิดจากการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่าง ประวีณ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานด้วยเทคนิคภาพพิมพ์แกะไม้ (woodcut) ที่มีรูปแบบเฉพาะตัว และ JOJO KOBE Studio ทีมงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญการผลิตภาพพิมพ์เทคนิคsilkscreen สร้างงานแสดงชุด“Intertwined – ความสัมพันธ์ของพื้นที่ภายใน” ให้เป็นมิติใหม่ของรูปแบบการทำงานศิลปะ

ประวีณ เปียงชมภู
เกิด 2532 จังหวัดลำปาง, ปัจจุบันอาศัยและทำงานที่เชียงใหม่ ประเทศไทย
ประวีณ เปียงชมภู เป็นทั้งศิลปิน และอาจารย์พิเศษที่มหาวิทยาลัยราชมงคลล้านนา ภาควิชาศิลปะภาพพิมพ์ จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี จากมหาวิทยาลัยราชมงคลล้านนา สาขาวิชาศิลปะภาพพิมพ์ และระดับปริญญาโท จากมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร สาขาวิชาทัศนศิลป์
ประวีณ เปียงชมภู เป็นศิลปินที่มีความชำนาญด้านการสร้างผลงานศิลปะภาพพิมพ์แกะไม้ ที่มีเอกลักษณ์โดดเด่นเฉพาะตัวมาก ผลงานทุกชิ้นของประวีณ มักถ่ายทอดความรู้สึกต่อผู้ชมได้อย่างชัดเจน รวมทั้งเรื่องของความงามด้านการมองเห็น จึงทำให้ ประวีณเป็นศิลปินที่สร้างผลงานได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ พร้อมยังสร้างชื่อเสียงทางด้านศิลปะภาพพิมพ์ของเมืองไทย และเป็นอีกแรงสำคัญหนึ่งในการขับเคลื่อนวงการศิลปะภาพพิมพ์ของเมืองไทย ได้ร่วมแสดงผลงานระดับนานชาติ ได้รับรางวัลเกี่ยวกับงานศิลปะภาพพิมพ์จากทั่วทุกมุมโลก
อาทิ ผลงานที่ร่วมแสดง ไม่นานมานี้ ในปี 2018 เข้าร่วมแสดงงาน 18th Asian Art Bienniale Bangladesh 2018. และในปี2019 เข้าร่วมแสดงงาน Guanlan International Print Biennial Invitational Exhibition, China.
The 8th Beijing Biennale, China. และยังได้รับรางวัลสำคัญที่สร้างชื่อเสียง ดังนี้

Praween Piangchompu’s art exhibition ‘Intertwined’ represents happiness, peace and freedom of thinking. He connects an imaginative space where the internal perspective leads to external with simple objects. Therefore, an abstract meaning is portrayed through tangible objects.
This exhibition composes of two sections; painting and printmaking. Printmaking pieces are the work of collaboration between Praween, a woodcut expert with a distinguished style and JOJO KOBE Studio, a team of silkscreen experts.
“Intertwined” brings the new sensation to the art atmosphere.
Artist’s Biography
Praween Piangchompu
b. 1989, Lampang Thailand
He currently works in Chiang Mai, Thailand, as an artist and a part-time lecturer at Department of Visual Arts, Faculty of Arts and Architecture Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna.
Praween graduated his BA from Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, majored in Printmaking Art. He graduated an MA in Visual Arts from Silpakorn University
Praween’s expertise is in woodcut. His uniqueness stands out, conveys feelings and brings visual pleasure. He does not only succeed in the Thai printmaking circle, but has been receiving recognition internationally.
He exhibited at 18th Asian Art Bienniale Bangladesh 2018. In 2019, at Guanlan International Print Biennial Invitational Exhibition, China and The 8th Beijing Biennale, China. Praween has won many awards namely;
